Agreement
These terms govern your use of hourback.co and any AI Opportunity Assessment you purchase from Hourback. By using the website or booking an assessment, you agree to these terms. If you book for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
The AI Opportunity Assessment
The assessment costs $999. It includes a 45-minute working session, a scored opportunity map, 3–7 tool recommendations, a concise public-source scan of relevant AI uses in your field, a prioritized 30-day plan, and a 30-minute review call. The scan links to its public sources and is not confidential competitor research. We aim to deliver the written report within three business days after the working session, provided we have the information needed to complete it.
The Hourback guarantee
If we can’t save your business at least ten hours a week, your assessment is free.
For this guarantee, “save” means changes the completed assessment documents as reasonably expected to reduce recurring work by at least ten hours a week. The estimate is based on the information you provide and the operating assumptions stated in the report. You pay $999 when you book. If the assessment cannot document that level of expected savings, Hourback will refund the assessment fee to the original payment method. The guarantee does not cover results affected by implementation choices, changed conditions, or information that was not available during the assessment.
Scheduling, cancellation, and refunds
You may reschedule or cancel through the link in your Cal.com confirmation. A cancellation receives a full refund of the assessment fee. If Hourback needs to reschedule, we will offer another time or a full refund. Refund timing after issuance depends on Stripe and your financial institution.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and attend scheduled sessions on time.
- Review recommendations before using them in your business.
- Keep independent backups and maintain appropriate human review of important work.
- Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, protected health information, client confidences, or other highly sensitive information unless Hourback has agreed in writing to a secure handling method.
Recommendations and third-party tools
The assessment provides business and operational recommendations, not legal, tax, accounting, medical, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. Results depend on your information, implementation, and operating conditions. Third-party software and services have their own prices, terms, security, and availability; Hourback does not control them and receives no software commissions.
Ownership and permitted use
After payment, you may use the final report and client-specific deliverables internally in your business. Hourback retains its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, and general tools. You retain ownership of materials you provide. You give Hourback permission to use those materials only as needed to perform the service and meet legal obligations. Hourback may retain and use de-identified or aggregated learnings that do not identify you, your clients, or your business and do not disclose confidential information to improve its methods and develop benchmarks or best practices. Hourback will not attempt to re-identify those learnings.
Confidentiality
Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public business information received from the other and will use it only for the engagement. This duty does not apply to information that is public through no breach, already known without restriction, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source. A party may disclose information when law requires it after giving notice when legally permitted.
Disclaimers and limits
Except for the Hourback guarantee stated above, the website and assessment are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hourback disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Hourback’s total liability arising from an assessment will not exceed the amount you paid for that assessment. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future website use or purchases. The terms in effect when you book govern that assessment unless we both agree otherwise in writing. Questions may be sent to hello@hourback.co.
